I really like this items.

These heel grips are the best I've ever used. They make my shoes fit better; I have a lot of difficulty getting shoes to fit as I've had 3 surgeries on one foot. But these little things help quite a bit. The comfort factor is great and there's no stickiness on my foot or stockings. Seems to be good quality. Since I just recently received them I can't speak to durability or stability. But I'm anticipating no problems.

So this product it really works for the purpose to prevent injuries in your foot.

I bought a brand new pair of shoes for a wedding. After receiving them, I discovered that my left foot was sliding out of my shoe. I didn't have time to reorder the shoes however I was able to order these heel grips! They saved the day! For reference, I used these on a flat shoe. The grip was easy to apply and stayed in place the entire time. It was extremely comfortable and cushioney. It fit in the shoe nicely and was not noticible at all. Very happy with this purchase!
