This 2 pack of knee braces are great well designed. It’s like a hybrid between a brace and a compression sleeve. 2 small metal support rods on each side of the leg. Help relieve pressure to your knee. And it has a nice little round “gel circles “ for your actual knee cap . Small issue: when putting on bare skin on one of my sleeves the stitching rubs against my leg, I just place a piece of cotton there to prevent it. Also I think I got a side too large when I walk it moves down slowly, I’ll be returning and swapping for a smaller size —— Update 2 weeks after wearing —- I originally bought the large, it would slip down my leg, I would readjust numerous times a day. I returned it and went with a medium. Same result, also the gel pads seem to be to hard for my knee cap causing more pain. I feel my legs just wasn’t the right fit for this brace.

The wife and I have tried several different kinds of knee braces and these are the best for exercising and just generally walking around.
